Technical Services is comprised of experienced computer technicians who provide full service and support for our partnering district’s computer systems. Our employees have varying educational and technical backgrounds to include High School, technical schools and college degrees, A+ certified, Apple desktop and portable certified, Cisco certified and MCDST certified. Technical Services supports the computer systems for both Windows and Apple platforms as well as first level printer support. We configure computer disk images for use with district enterprise and educational software applications to function at a high level of reliability within our business and classroom environments. We support Windows XP and Vista, as well as Macintosh OS X. We perform both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs and are classified as an Apple authorized repair center. Technical Services also provides our customers with IT purchasing services, offering procurement solutions for computer systems, software and IT supplies. We help our districts strategically manage budget costs by controlling computer inventory and by implementing life cycle strategies.
